PLEASE NOTE:  Our next Stars at Yerkes workshop will NOT be held at Yerkes Observatory.  Instead, we will be visiting the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee for a great day of learning.  There will be NO STAR PARTY this month.

Are we alone in the universe?  Astrobiology attempts to answer this age-old question. What will extraterrestrial life be like?   What solar system objects might support life?

Join us as we explore the interdisciplinary field of Astrobiology. Enjoy a demonstration of crystal radios and a planetarium show by planetarium director and NASA Astronomy Airborne Ambassador Jean Creighton.

Workshop will be held at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Details and directions will be sent with your registration confirmation.

Registration will begin at 8:30 am. Workshop will be from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Cost for the workshop is $35.00 and registration is suggested. Registration includes CPDUs and lunch.
